My first half marathon is coming up right around the corner (less than a month--eek!). I'm pretty much falling into the same pattern as the past two triathlons-- sticking to a strict training plan just doesn't work for me. I do what I can and just kind of wing it. Sounds like a solid plan for running 13.1 mi, huh?
Anyway, here's what I'm loving for cooler weather running:
I have the Garmin Forerunner 405 and love it, but ever since I switched to a Mac, the usb doesn't connect so I can't upload any data!
