The last time I made macarons, they didn't look so great but tasted delicious. This time, we were so excited that some turned out beautiful. Unfortunately, none were all the way cooked! :( Third's time a charm, right?

OMG your macaroons look SO PROFESSIONAL!! i actually kinda like the macaroons that aren't completely done in the middle.. crunchy and crisp on the outside but soft and mushy on the inside!!! haha so i think i would LOVE yours!
