I feel like I sing praise for pretty much every veggie burger recipe I find, but they really have all been delicious! This one is no exception. I found this recipe awhile back, but am not sure why it took me so long to try it! Out of all the burgers I've made, this one definitely holds together best. It was minimally sticky, baked in the oven well, and full of flavor. Best of all, it doesn't call for very many ingredients and was very easy to make.
