On another note, back to simple meals; today I tried Mama Pea's sunshine kale salad. Amazing! The dressing really makes it.

Omgosh that kale salad looks so interesting!! I've never had kale before but I keep seeing it on peoples blogs lately haha :) I need to get on the kale wagon!!
