Kodiak Flapjacks

After seeing/reading so much about Kodiak Cakes on KERF, I was really excited to hear they became available at Target! I had to try them immediately of course, and they are stellar! Agave, sliced bananas, and honey roasted PB make great toppings. :) 

cauliflower can be delicious!

If you are not a fan of cauliflower, I'm pretty sure you will be after trying this recipe. Mama Pea's Nutty Cauliflower Wings are pretty amazing.
